:: Our Beliefs
Our beliefs and practices as Christians must come from the Word of God.  Any other type of belief is an unfounded belief and is only a belief in one's own thoughts and pre-conceived notions.  At Old Paths, we believe the King James Bible to be the inspired, inerrant, unadulterated, Word of God, without exception.  Please look through our Church Covenant and Articles of Faith to see in detail what our beliefs, based on the Word of God, are.

 

Our Beliefs

It is important that you know where you will spend eternity when you die.  Please take time to consider your soul today my dear friend.  When you die, will you go to heaven or hell.  Please consider these scriptures

  • "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God", Romans 3:23
  • "For the wages of sin is death", Romans 6:23
  • "...God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us", Romans 5:8
  • God ... commandeth all men everywhere to repent", Acts 17:30
  • "But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name", John 1:12
